About the author
My name is Paul Stuart. I live in Auckland, New Zealand.
I worked in education for most of my life, teaching at high school, then lecturing in Integrated Studies and IT at Auckland University of Technology.
For the last 20 plus years I’ve owned a website development company, Lifelong Learning Limited, working with NZ schools to get the very best of the internet for teaching and learning. Seven or so years ago, I became a meditation teacher.
These days, I’m “pretired” and doing some voluntary work for the local hospice.
The websoflife.com website is my latest project and one which I’m very passionate about—I find the Web of Life concept intriguing, and hope this site will evolve into a guide which other people can use as a personal “exploration toolkit.” I’m also open to others joining the team, so if you think you have ideas worth sharing, get in touch
The site is designed to remain a work in progress which will evolve over time. I chose to use a website because can be updated in a moment, unlike a book which once printed on paper becomes static and locked for eternity. I’m inspired by a wide variety sources as you will note from my liberal use of quotations.
My goal is to create resources which can be used by anyone who speaks English and has access to a web browser, and I’m not writing with any agenda other than to help you explore what the fascinating aspects of YOUR webs of life are—that’s your journey!
